Job Description Accountable for the development and execution of a clearly outlined action plan to realise the sales targets for the assigned territory from baking & probiotics (functional food) industry
Identify and establish new business for the assigned territory & maintain existing business
Identify and appoint distributors & establish distribution network
Maintain and elaborate the business relationship with current and future distributors to understand challenges and decision making drivers
Prepare the forecast sales & volumes for all products/channels for the assigned territory
Prepare market mapping for the assigned territory
Organise sales and technical visits within the assigned territory to ensure that distributors are commercially and technically supported to meet both the company’s overall strategy and goals as well as the customers’ needs
Develop a good understanding of key accounts / customers, their needs and support these needs by creating and delivering value based solutions to the customers
Demonstrated ability to establish a high level of trust, respect & influence with customers along with stake holders
Provide input to the product and R&D management team needed to strengthen the product portfolio, develop training and supporting material based on market trends and customer needs
Attend & represent company at local fairs, trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings and find new business partners and customers
Report to the regional head and keep stakeholders informed
